Lindsey McTavish's fibre landscapes are rooted in the places she knows intimately, particularly Georgian Bay and the Canadian landscape. Working with hand-felted wool and silk, she builds colour, texture and movement into layered compositions that hover between remembered place and emotional landscape.

The work is less about depicting a particular  than it is about capturing how it felt to be there - the shifting light, changing weather, stillness, and sense of connection to place
